Hyatt Place Downtown Los Angeles
Silverwest plans to develop a 16-story, 258-key select-service Hyatt Place hotel in Downtown Los Angeles in a partnership with AECOM Capital. The hotel will occupy a prime location in the South Park neighborhood, approximately four blocks east of the Los Angeles Convention Center and proximate to L.A. Live and Crypto.com Arena, formerly Staples Center. The project is planning to begin construction in 2023. The project has received a transit occupancy tax (TOT) rebate for 25 years form the City of Los Angeles.
