Silverwest Hotels, LLC (“Silverwest”) acquired ownership and began operating the Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Tech Center (Homewood DTC) hotel in August 2018. In 2019, Silverwest implemented a hotel room renovation to bring it current with the latest Hilton standards and introduced a new bunk-bed room type. The hotel sold in December of 2024.
