The Hampton Silverthorne was Silverwest Hotels’ first project. Silverwest acquired an un-entitled site and ultimately gained approvals to build an 88 room Hampton Inn & Suites. The project opportunity was to add a new hotel in a key market that had not seen any new hotel product in over 20 years. In addition, there was virtually no Hilton product along the I-70 corridor through the Colorado front range. The project was highly successful achieving significant IRR from conception in December of 2015 to August 2019, when the property was sold.

Occupancy rates surpassed expectations with a variety of local demand, corporate travel, and project business layering on top of the traditional leisure travelers of this ski market.

Located in Summit County, Silverthorne is a mountain destination servicing some of Colorado's most well known ski resorts.

Home to Lake Dillon and miles of mountain bike and hiking trails, Silverthorne is an all season destination located right along Interstate 70.  This location is a hub for leisure travelers, corporate travel including the automotive industry, construction, project travel, and government, as well as a corporate incentive destination.
