Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton
Silverwest acquired the Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel in June 2018. On September 30, 2019 the last guests of Sheraton Clayton checked out, and the hotel closed for an extensive renovation. One year later, on October 1, 2020, the hotel opened its doors as an elegant and completely transformed 268-room Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton hotel. Located in the heart of downtown Clayton, Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton features a full-service restaurant Café la Vie, bar, lobby lounge, 17,000 square feet of meeting space, fitness center with a panoramic view of St. Louis, outdoor, rooftop pool, and business center. The hotel caters extensively to the major employers in and around Clayton as well as nearby Washington University.
